Can I rent a scooter without a motorbike driving licence?add
Yes. The VinFast Evo MAX Lite has a maximum design speed under 50 km/h, is for people aged 16 and over, and does not require an A1 licence under current rules. You only need to show your ID card or passport for a quick 30-second check.
How are battery swaps or charging costs calculated?add
Battery swaps are completely free. Each battery gets up to 3 free swaps per day at V-GREEN cabinet stations covered by the service (up to 6 swaps/day for 2-battery bikes). You don't pay for charging or petrol during your trip.
Besides the rental price, do I need to leave a deposit or pay extra fees?add
No. XanhMoto does not require a security deposit and does not hold original IDs. The listed price includes 2 helmets, raincoats, a phone holder, and free battery swapping at stations.
What happens if the bike is scratched or damaged in a fall?add
Small hairline scratches under 5cm from normal riding are free under the natural wear policy. If a part cracks or breaks in a fall, XanhMoto charges parts at VinFast's publicly listed price and adds no repair labor. You can also choose a Damage Waiver Plan from 30,000 VND/day for more peace of mind.
Is doorstep delivery to hotels in Da Nang free?add
Doorstep delivery is free within a 5km radius for rentals of 2 days or more. 1-day rentals incur a 50,000 VND delivery fee. Bikes are delivered directly to your hotel or homestay lobby.
What is the fee if I return the vehicle later than scheduled?add
XanhMoto charges flexibly by actual hours for your convenience: the first hour late is free; from the 2nd to the 8th hour, 20,000 VND/hour (e.g. 1 hour 15 minutes late is charged as 1 hour); more than 8 hours counts as 1 new rental day at the listed price.

Yes. Rentals of 3 days or more receive automatic tiered daily discounts. Monthly rentals save up to 60% compared to daily rates, with a genuine home charger, routine maintenance, and battery swaps included.
