Electric scooters under 50cc (like VinFast Evo, Feliz) do not require a driver's license under Vietnamese law. You only need your ID/Passport. However, we recommend having riding experience for your safety in traffic.

VinFast scooters use the VinFast battery swap station network across Da Nang — it takes only 1-2 minutes to swap a full battery. Completely free during your rental period. You can also charge at your hotel using a regular outlet, which takes about 6-8 hours for a full charge.

Call our hotline 0963.966.933 — we'll provide roadside assistance within 15-30 minutes depending on the area. If the scooter can't be fixed on-site, we'll deliver a replacement scooter to you free of charge. Customers with damage insurance will have all repair costs fully covered.

Less than 1 hour late: Free, no extra charge. 1 hour or more: Surcharge of 15,000 VND/hour. More than 9 hours: Counts as a new rental day at the corresponding daily rate. We encourage you to notify us in advance if you need to extend your rental.
