What are XanhMoto opening hours?
Monday to Friday 07:00 to 21:00, Saturday and Sunday 07:30 to 20:00. Battery swapping does not depend on our opening hours: V-GREEN swap cabinets run automatically 24/7, so you can swap at any time, including late at night.
Where is the shop and is it easy to find?
An Hai branch: 27 An Cu 4, An Hai Ward, Da Nang. It is a few minutes' ride from My Khe beach and the Dragon Bridge. Call the hotline 0815611666 before coming and our staff will have the scooter ready so you do not have to wait.
How can I reach you outside opening hours?
Call the hotline 0815611666 or message the same number on Zalo. Urgent issues with a scooter you are renting, such as a swap cabinet not opening or a breakdown on the road, are handled outside opening hours too.
Do I have to come to the shop to pick up the scooter?
Not necessarily. XanhMoto delivers and collects scooters at hotels, homestays and resorts in the city; delivery and collection are free for rentals of 2 days or more within a 5km radius. If you pick the scooter up at the shop you get a discount, shown on the Pricing page.
I already booked. Who do I tell if I want to change the pickup or return time?
Call the hotline 0815611666 or message us on Zalo with your order code and our staff will change it for you. Changing the time before pickup is free; if the change alters the number of rental days, the rental fee is recalculated according to the price list.
