Daily rental: No deposit required, no need to leave original documents. Just provide a photo of your ID/Passport for verification and sign the digital contract.

Long-term rental (monthly): A deposit is required as agreed, refundable at contract end after vehicle inspection.

Electric scooters under 50cc (like VinFast Evo, Feliz) do not require a driver's license under Vietnamese law. You only need your ID/Passport.

However, we recommend having riding experience for your safety in traffic.

You only need one of the following:

• National ID card (CCCD) — for Vietnamese customers

• Passport — for international customers

We only take photos for verification and handover in 5-10 minutes, never retaining your physical documents.

XanhMoto never retains original documents. All ID/Passport verification photos are securely handled and automatically deleted permanently after 30 days once your rental period ends.

No support needed. You can independently scan the QR code directly at VinFast V-GREEN battery cabinets to swap to a full battery in just 1 minute 24/7 — completely automated without waiting for assistance.

Average range: 80-100 km/charge (even higher with dual-battery options). You can swap to a full battery anytime at VinFast cabinets everywhere.

Call our hotline 0815.611.666 — we'll provide roadside assistance within 15-30 minutes depending on the area.

If the scooter can't be fixed on-site, we'll deliver a replacement scooter to you free of charge.

Customers with damage insurance will have all repair costs fully covered.

Free if returned within 1 hour late (or up to 6 hours free with VIP Insurance Package).

1 hour to 8 hours late: Surcharge of 20,000 VND/hour (rounded up by the hour).

More than 8 hours late: Daily rate cap applied, counts as a new rental day.

We encourage you to notify us in advance if you need to extend your rental for the best assistance.
