What are the steps to swap a battery at the cabinet?
The entire process to open a cabinet slot is done on your phone, no physical card is required:
Remove the battery from the scooter. Turn off the scooter completely before proceeding. Turn the key counterclockwise to open the seat compartment, firmly grip the handle on top of the battery, and lift it straight up.
Authenticate your swap code. Carry the battery to the cabinet, open https://xanhmoto.vn/doi-pin on your phone, and enter your 7-character swap code. This code is in your rental contract email. If you can't find the email, call our hotline at 0815.611.666.
Scan the cabinet's QR code. Point your camera at the QR code stickered on the cabinet body. A slot will open. Push your depleted battery into the slot decisively until it goes all the way in — if pushed too lightly, the cabinet won't recognize the battery. Follow the instructions on the cabinet's screen.
Receive a full battery. Once the cabinet verifies your old battery, it will open another slot and push a fresh battery out slightly so you can grab the handle and pull it out.
