Where can I find battery swap stations?
Open XanhMoto's battery swap station map (Station Map in the menu): it finds cabinets near you with live full-battery counts and Google Maps / Apple Maps directions. There is also a nearest-cabinet finder right on this page.
What if I rent multiple scooters?
After entering PIN, you will select the vehicle to swap from the displayed list.
How many battery swaps are included daily?
You get 3 free battery swaps per day (equivalent to 200–300km), plenty for traveling across Da Nang, Son Tra, Ba Na Hills, and Hoi An.
How far can I ride on a full battery?
Each full battery provides around 60km of range (a 1-battery scooter reaches ~60km, a 2-battery scooter reaches ~120km), depending on riding speed and payload.
What are station operating hours? Can I swap at night?
VinFast V-GREEN cabinets are fully automated and open 24/7, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
Do I need to charge at my hotel or homestay?
No. A swap takes about a minute at a V-GREEN cabinet, like stopping for fuel. If you still need to charge (for example on a trip beyond the cabinet network), XanhMoto lends an official charger free of charge, no deposit. Check with your accommodation first, as some do not allow charging in rooms.
What if a cabinet fails to open or phone loses signal?
